A cool new feature in Word 2010 is the ability to take screenshots and paste them directly into your document.
- Select the Insert tab on the ribbon.
- In the Illustrations section, click on Screenshot. A window will open that contains a thumbnail of all of the available windows of programs which you have open. When you select one of the thumbnails, a graphic of that screen will be inserted into your document, which can be sized, cropped and formatted just like any other graphic. See?

- You can also select the Screen Clipping option at the bottom of the dialog box. When you do this, your monitor screen will be grayed out and the cursor will change to a cross-hair. Click and drag to highlight a section of your screen. As soon as you let go, that section will be inserted into your document as a graphic.
