Early Registration Events

Now is the time to sign up for Early Registration at UC!

  • April 26th - Preview Day/Early Registration
  • June 20th - Early Registration Event
  • June 21st - Early Registration Event
  • July 18th - Early Registration Event

Deposited students have Priority Status to register for one of our Early Registration events.  Please register today as spaces are limited in these events.

Non-Deposited Accepted students need to submit their Enrollment Deposit in order to participate.  Accepted students that have not yet deposited can submit this Enrollment Deposit ($100 for commuting students and $200 for residential on-campus students) in 2 ways:  (1) send in a check to the Admissions Office at UC made payable to the “University of Charleston” or (2) call the Admissions Office at 1-800-995-4682 (GO UC) to make the deposit by credit card over the phone.  Non-deposited Accepted students planning to live on campus will also be able to secure a Residence Hall room.

 

If you have not yet applied or not completed your admissions file, please contact us for information on what you need to do to attend Early Registration.  We will be happy to work with you to help you enroll for the fall semester.

 

By participating in an Early Registration Day you can:
  • Register for classes & meet with a Faculty Advisor
  • Receive your UC student e-mail address & Student ID
  • Get answers to your Financial Aid questions
  • Learn how to begin your class work before fall semester
  • Have priority consideration for on-campus housing
  • Have a picnic lunch on us
  • Meet your classmates

Registering for an Early Registration Day is easy…Register online OR call us at 1-800-995-4682, fax us at 304-357-4781, or e-mail us at admissions@ucwv.edu.   Space is limited at these events so you should respond as soon as possible.  If you would like an advising appointment by phone, this can be arranged for you by contacting the Admissions Office.
