Throughout your degree program, you will gain valuable work experience through practicums at local fine dining restaurants and internationally known resorts and casinos. Some of our past graduates have worked at Disney, the Broadmoor, Hershey Resorts, the Greenbrier, and the Homestead.
Receive hands-on training every semester, even at the freshman level. Our students intern at local fine dining restaurants, as well as at internationally known resorts and casinos. You will obtain a comprehensive education taught in new, professionally equipped, modern kitchens on our Beckley, W.Va., campus. Educated by instructors who have experience in some of the world's most exquisite facilities.
Your education will prepare you for positions in restaurants, hotels, private clubs, resorts, cruise lines, and casinos around the country. Graduates are also sought for such opportunities as food science and research, television, management careers, personal chef positions, and cookbook authorships.
