Housed in the Equities House in downtown Charleston, the Graduate School of Business takes advantage of its location in the center of the city's business district to involve CEOs, CFOs, and other top-level executives from national, regional, and local firms in the educational process — as speakers, mentors, and experiential placement supervisors. Graduate School of Business Programs

  • Master of Business Administration and Leadership (MBAL)
  • Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
  • Executive Master of Forensic Accounting (EMFA)
  • Accredited Fraud Investigator Certificate(AFI)
  • Executive Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP)

The MBAL program is designed primarily for students moving directly to graduate school from an undergraduate program. View our MBAL student blogs.

The EMBA and EMFA programs are designed to provide opportunities for working professionals to work on advanced degrees. The fifteen-month programs use a modular structure in which students meet on campus Friday evenings and all day Saturday every other weekend. In between meeting sessions students communicate electronically among themselves and with faculty.

The Accredited Fraud Investigator (AFI) Certificate Program provides an opportunity for the accounting professional to obtain an extremely desirable credential while he or she maintains a busy, professional practice. The AFI Certificate program is a highly regarded, nondegree program that can be completed in one, five-day session.

The Executive Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) is designed to fulfill the education requirements necessary to sit for the CFP® exam, and to prepare an individual for a successful career in financial planning.

Mission Statement

The Graduate School of Business prepares and enables great leaders for entrepreneurial leadership, international commerce, and communication.
