All services are provided Monday through Friday at the PharmUC Patient Care Clinic on the first floor in the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy, 2300 MacCorkle Ave. SE, Charleston, WV. Patients may call the PharmUC Patient Scheduling Line at 304-357-4362 or be referred to the clinic by a health care provider.
NOTE: The clinic has the ability to bill some insurance providers, but in a case where that is not possible, the patient will receive a receipt for services to submit to an insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
