Here is a really simple way to toggle Track Changes on and off in Word. Right-click on the status bar at the bottom of your document (where you see the page zoomer and word count, etc.) The Customize Status Bar box opens with all of the choices of items that you can add to the status bar. Click on Track Changes and there it is on your status bar! Simple! No ribbons to mess with! Just click it to turn Track Changes on and off.
