Professional Mentoring

In this course, individual business leaders are paired with MBAL students to provide mentoring, advice, and counsel regarding professional development and career goals and objectives. The program is unique to UC, and builds strong bonds between UC students and the Charleston business community.

Mentors

Our mentors range from young professionals to retired executives and entrepreneurs to CEOs. They represent a diverse group of industries and professions — marketing, banking, non-profit, government, energy, health care, law, and more.

Benefits

Students reap substantial benefits from their mentors’ ties to the community, their advice and guidance on resumes, interviewing, business protocol, and career research, and they develop lasting relationships with business leaders.
