UC's Teepen WVIAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week

Sean Teepen, Charleston, Fr., GK, Cincinnati, OH: Teepen registered three straight shutouts last week as the Golden Eagles moved into sole possession of first place in the WVIAC standings...He notched six saves in league wins versus Pitt Johnstown and Davis & Elkins, plus a non-conference triumph against Shippensburg.
Other nominees: Concord's Jamie Greenwood (made two saves in final minute to preserve 2-1 win over Bluefield College), Pitt Johnstown's Derik Swope (two goals in win over Shepherd), Wheeling Jesuit's Stephen Hawthorne (three goals in 1-1 week), and Seton Hill's Jon DeLuca (only two goals allowed in a 1-1-1 week).
